Kafka tour broken because of HOPSWORKS-587
Description
The PR changes the name of the attribute to `hops_examples_version`, `hopsworks-chef` however, is still using the old value `hopsexamples_version` when templating the sql files.
Same goes for the setup_chef version.
I'm going to revert to the old name.
